Amanda Novak, PHR, SHRM-CP - Chief People Officer

Amanda Novak is the Chief People Officer at The Tri-M Group, LLC, where she leads the company’s people strategy and fosters a culture of engagement, growth, and innovation. Passionate about cultivating inclusive workplaces, Amanda is dedicated to empowering employees to thrive both personally and professionally.

 

Her journey with Tri-M began as an HR intern while earning her Business Management degree from West Chester University. After graduation, Amanda joined the company full-time as a Human Resources Administrator. Demonstrating exceptional drive and strategic insight, she continued her education to earn a master’s degree and steadily advanced within the organization. Under her leadership, the HR department evolved into the People Operations team, focusing holistically on the organization's most valuable asset—its people.

 

In Spring 2025, Amanda expanded her impact by joining the University of Delaware as an Adjunct Professor in the Human Relations Administration program, where she teaches Employee and Organizational Development. She is grateful for the opportunity to mentor students just as her professors once did for her.
