DIRECTIONS TO KENNETT SQUARE, PA FACILITY

From Philadelphia Area:

Follow I-95 South to West 322 (West Chester) exit (this is about 1 mile past the Commodore Barry Bridge Exit). Follow Route 322 about 7 miles to U.S. Route #1. Make a left to get on U.S. Route #1 South. Follow Route 1 South approximately 8 miles to Kennett Square. As you get close to Kennett Square, you will pass Longwood Gardens on your right. About a mile past the Longwood Gardens Entrance, at the top of a hill is a Mobile Gas Station (on the right). Just past the Mobile station (also on the right) is the Kennett Square Exit. After taking the exit, you will follow this road for about ¼ mile, then the road will begin a downhill grade. At the very bottom of this hill, make a right onto Walnut Road (note – if you pass the new YMCA on your left, you’ve gone too far!). Follow Walnut Road about 1 mile (you will pass over U.S. Route #1 bypass) to the Walnut Road Industrial Park on the right hand side. Turn right into the Industrial Park (Gale Lane) and Tri-M Building Automation Systems will be the third building on the right. Enter through the first set of glass doors.

From Harrisburg Area:

Take Route 30 East to Route 41. Follow Route 41 South to the U.S. Route 1 bypass. Go North on U.S. Route 1. Take the Route 82, Kennett Square Exit. At the end of the exit ramp, make a left to follow Route 82 North. Follow Route 82 North approximately a 1/2 mile and make a right onto Locust Lane at the Kennett Square Country Club. Follow Locust Lane the length of the Golf Course (on your right) to the bottom of a hill. Make a right at this intersection onto Walnut Road. The Walnut Road Industrial Park will be on your left at the crest of a small hill approximately 1/2 mile from the intersection. Turn left into the Industrial Park (Gale Lane) and Tri-M Building Automation Systems will be the third building on your right. Enter through first set of glass doors.

From Baltimore, Maryland Area:

Take Route 95 North across Susquehanna River. Through tollgate, take 1st Exit (1/8 mile) Rising Sun (Rt. 222). End of exit ramp, make a right. Follow 5 miles to stop sign (you won’t be able to go straight any further). Make right. Follow approximately 6 miles to U.S. Route 1. Make right (Route 1 North). Follow approximately 25 miles to Kennett Square exit (Route 82). Follow Route 82 North (a left off of the exit ramp). Follow approximately a 1/2-mile and make a right onto Locust Lane at the Kennett Square Country Club. Follow Locust Lane the length of the Golf Course (on your right) to the bottom of a hill. Make a right at this intersection onto Walnut Road. The Walnut Road Industrial Park will be on your left at the crest of a small hill approximately 1/2 mile from the intersection. Turn left into the Industrial Park (Gale Lane) and Tri-M Building Automation Systems is at 206 Gale Lane (third building on your right). Enter through first set of glass doors.

From Allentown, Valley Forge Area:

From Allentown, follow the NE Extension South to the East-West Turnpike, and take the East-West turnpike West to Exit 24. After the tollbooths, go approximately 1/3 mile to right-hand exit to get on Route 202 South. Follow Route 202 South approximately 15 miles. Once you pass the exits for West Chester, you will follow Route 202 about 1 mile and come to a traffic light. After the traffic light, the road will funnel down to one lane, then merge back onto a four lane divided highway. After this merge, continue on Route 202 approximately 6 miles, and make a right onto Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South approximately 7 miles to Kennett Square.
