Customer Kudos
To Mike Riley:
“Thank you for the job you completed at Longwood on 3/31 and 4/1. It was quite a mess here. We had a 2,400 volt feeder fail at 8:20 a.m. Your guys responded in less than 30 minutes and the line gang was here in less than 1 hour. The problem was determined in less than 2 hours and the old wire was pulled out of the conduit in less than 6 hours. I saw the new feeder cable come through the gate around 4 p.m. and it was installed and terminated by 3:30 a.m. That’s about a 20 hour repair in the rain with no prior planning at all. We had some issues with bad generators and you got me replacements very quickly (twice).
I don’t remember all of the names of the guys that did the job but Rodney Schuibbeo, Derek Smith, Rodney Althoff and Ray Cooper were very professional and their experience showed. Thank all of your guys for me. I am glad I had your number in my cell phone.”
Mark Lobach, Longwood Gardens
To Chris Cessna and Jim June:
“Your guys did a fantastic job on all three jobs they just completed: the Lewes toll booths, the Cape May toll booths and the bear of a pull that was the passenger walkway fiber. We are up and running on all three projects and it is 100 times better than what we had before and very clean and professional. Scott, Adam and Dominic worked hard and hit our deadlines as promised. Thanks for a job well done!”
Andrew Johnson, Systems Manager, Delaware River & Bay Authority with kudos to Scott Jennings, Adam Jennings and Dominic Seese
To Ron Bauguess & Katie Bleiler:
“We have received a glowing report about our services at the Calpine Project, and surely Tri- M is a big part of that. I very much appreciate the service that your company is providing us at that site and at all the other sites where we’ve used Tri-M. You certainly are making my job much easier and I cannot say enough about your willingness to provide us help at a moments notice. I continue to look forward to working together on many more projects. Thank you for a job well done.”
David Shafer, ABB, regarding the Calpine project
To Chris Algard:
“I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to you for all the planning and hard work performed by your team at Franklin & Marshall College. The completion of Phase Three on campus brings our total camera count to 23, which includes five cameras strategically located in the adjoining neighborhood. The redesign of the dispatch area with the two flat panel multi-view monitors provides our officers the ability to effectively survey all the cameras very easily or focus when needed on a specific camera.
In addition, your willingness to transition the College to a Bosch operating system to remedy the multitude of operating problems from the initial install is consistent with the high level of customer service that I have experienced with Tri-M. Lester Collazo, Gary Sibrel and Carlos Vargas are a great team. They maintained a very positive attitude while responding to the many nuances at F&M along with the variety of ‘can we make it do…’ requests. I have found you and your staff to be very reputable, fair to work with and good to your word. The most refreshing aspect of our relationship is that your team does not make excuses or point fingers. They research the problem and then recommend the best solution.
It has been a pleasure working with you. Please include Franklin and Marshall College on your list of references and also consider us as a tour site if needed. Best wishes and continued success!”
Barry Bosley, Associate VP for Administration, Franklin & Marshall College
To Mike Riley:
“The antenna radiation center height increase was successfully completed today at approximately 2 pm when the Velocita Wireless transmitter reached full power. Many thanks to Don Potter (& his very capable crew), Richard Vinson, and Ed Reynolds of Tri-M, along w/ Lee Roop, Ken Sutton, and Steve Urick of AZ for each and everyone’s hard work and dedication to the success of this project.
Jim Innes regarding the AstraZeneca project
To Ron Bauguess:
“Thanks for the assistance with the storm restoration over the weekend. Your crews worked admirably, as usual, during the customer restoration process. I know it was short notice, getting the crews released and sent here, but they were a great help.”
Joe Stantowski, Delmarva Power, with kudos to the High Voltage Crew:
To Ron Bauguess:
“I would like to acknowledge the good job done by Jose Espinosa, Ken Adkins, and Jeff Monhollan on our recent Unit #2 outage and the 310 Breaker specifically. The work they performed on the breaker was accurate, complete and expeditious. They are to be congratulated.”
