Company Milestones

1964 Tri-M Electrical Contractors is founded by Tom and Dick Musser.

1972 Tom Musser becomes sole owner and Tri-M is incorporated.

1978 Tri-M moves offices to current Kennett Square location. Tri-M Building Automation Systems is formed.

1979 Name is changed to Tri-M Corporation with Tri-M Electrical Construction and Tri-M Building Automation Systems as divisions.

1988 Tri-M BAS Service Group is established.

1989 Tri-M celebrates its 25th Anniversary. Tri-M Network Services is formed.

1990 Tri-M opens branch in Allentown, PA.

1996 Tri-M Integrated Systems Solutions Corp. is formed.

1998 Tri-M DC Power Unit is formed.

2000 Tri-M Security Services is created.

2002 Jim Horn becomes a co-owner with Tom Musser and assumes the position of CEO; The Tri-M Group, LLC is formed.

2003 Tri-M Group establishes EnerGTest subsidiary to perform electrical testing and preventative maintenance.

Tri-M Opens an Operations Center for Network Services in Dayton, Ohio.

2004 Tri-M expands its Security Offerings by establishing the Life Safety and Security Group, including Fire Alarm Systems & Inspections.

Tri-M Receives ABC National “Excellence in Construction” award for work at
Winterthur Museum.

2005 Tri-M Network Services opens an office in Columbus, Ohio.
